Code § 1798.83) permits users of our Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request using the email or address in the “Contact Information” section below. The owner of the Website is incorporated in the State of Delaware in the United States and is headquartered in the State of New York in the United States. We provide the Website for use only by persons located in the United States. Non-U.S. persons visiting from other countries should be aware that, by visiting the Website, you are agreeing to be subject to U.S. privacy laws rather than the laws of your home country. If you access the Website from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative, consent to the transfer of your personal data to the United States, consent to the use of your personal data as in this privacy policy and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
