# Community Guidelines ## Club Community Guidelines & Content Standards ### 1. Introduction Club is built to empower creators to share their work, build communities, and earn a living doing what they love. Expression, creativity, and connection are central to the Club experience. We believe in free and open expression grounded in respect for human dignity, privacy, safety, and the rights of others. Creative work thrives when individuals can share ideas, perspectives, and experiences without unnecessary restriction. At the same time, a sustainable platform requires clear and consistently enforced boundaries. These Guidelines apply to all users of the platform, including creators and members, and to all forms of content and activity on Club, including posts, images, video, audio, livestreams, messages, comments, profile content, and other interactive features. These Guidelines operate alongside Club’s Terms of Use and any additional policies incorporated by reference. By using Club, you agree to comply with all applicable policies. ### 2. Core Community Values Club supports diverse creators and the communities they build. We are committed to maximizing room for lawful expression while maintaining clear standards that protect the overall platform experience. We expect all users to: * Engage in good faith * Communicate respectfully * Avoid behavior intended to intimidate, harass, or disrupt others * Contribute positively to the creator and member experience * Respect the dignity, privacy, and rights of others Conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or disrupts the experience of others may result in enforcement action. ### 3. 18+ Community Club is an adults-only platform. All users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or access Club. The online landscape is changing rapidly, with many platforms and jurisdictions introducing stronger age requirements for online communities. Keeping Club 18+ helps ensure creators can engage with their audiences and build communities without needing to worry about minors accessing their content. #### 3.1 Creator Identity Verification To help maintain a trusted and secure creator ecosystem, creators must complete identity verification before they can post content or receive payments. Full details about the verification process are described in the Terms of Service. #### 3.2 Protection of Minors Accounts determined to belong to individuals under 18 will be removed. ### 4. Respect for Individuals and Communities #### 4.1 Harassment & Abusive Conduct Targeted harassment, sustained abusive behavior, threats, or coordinated efforts to intimidate, humiliate, or degrade individuals or groups are not permitted. Constructive criticism, debate, and discussion of controversial topics are permitted, provided they do not escalate into intimidation, degradation, or credible harm. #### 4.2 Hate Speech & Discriminatory Conduct Content that promotes violence, exclusion, or dehumanization against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics — including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation — is prohibited. Legitimate political discussion, satire, or criticism of institutions is permitted, provided it does not constitute targeted discriminatory attacks. #### 4.3 Threats & Incitement Statements expressing intent to commit violence, coordinating violent acts, or issuing credible threats are prohibited. Content is evaluated in context, including intent, credibility, and potential impact. #### 4.4 Exploitation & Coercion Content that depicts, promotes, or simulates coercive, exploitative, or non-consensual conduct is not permitted. Meaningful consent and personal autonomy are fundamental expectations on Club. ### 5. Privacy & Personal Information Trust is essential to the Club community. Users must respect the privacy and personal boundaries of others. \ \ Prohibited conduct includes: * Doxxing or unauthorized disclosure of personal information * Posting, sharing, threatening to disclose, or encouraging others to disclose private or personally identifiable information without explicit consent * Sharing home addresses, financial information, medical records, or similar sensitive data without authorization Publicly available information may be discussed, but not in a way intended to harass, intimidate, or endanger someone. ### 6. Authenticity & Transparency Club is built on real relationships between creators and their communities. #### 6.1 Impersonation & Inauthentic Behavior Users may not: * Impersonate individuals or organizations * Misrepresent affiliation * Evade enforcement actions * Manipulate platform systems * Engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior or spam Parody and satire are permitted when clearly disclosed and not misleading. #### 6.2 AI & Synthetic Media Club does not permit content generated, materially altered, or enhanced through artificial intelligence or synthetic media technologies in a manner that fabricates depictions of real individuals or events, unless the media only features your own likeness. Deepfakes, synthetic likenesses, and AI-generated representations of real people are prohibited. Creators are responsible for ensuring the authenticity of the content they publish. ### 7. Intellectual Property Creators should only post content they own or have permission to share. Posting, monetizing, or distributing content without the appropriate rights may result in removal or other enforcement actions. If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, you may submit a complaint through the process described in our Terms of Service. ### 8. Platform Integrity & Security Users may not attempt to manipulate, disrupt, or misuse the platform. This includes impersonation, spam, evading enforcement actions, or attempting to interfere with platform systems. Conduct that compromises the stability, fairness, or security of Club may result in enforcement action. ### 9. Dangerous, Harmful, and Illegal Activity #### 9.1 Dangerous Organizations Club may not be used to promote, support, fundraise for, or meaningfully assist terrorist organizations, organized hate groups, or criminal networks engaged in violent or exploitative activity. Journalistic, academic, or critical discussion may be permitted where it does not glorify or materially support such groups. #### 9.2 Illegal & Regulated Activity Content that meaningfully promotes or facilitates criminal activity, fraud, scams, trafficking, or other unlawful conduct is prohibited. Discussion of illegal activity in journalistic, academic, or historical contexts may be permitted where it does not provide operational guidance or encouragement. #### 9.3 Self-Harm & Suicide Promotion Content that promotes or encourages suicide or self-harm is prohibited. Graphic depictions or expressions of immediate intent may be removed to protect the broader community. Recovery-oriented or educational discussions may be permitted where they do not glamorize harmful behavior. #### 9.4 Dangerous Acts & High-Risk Behavior Content that promotes or provides instruction for activities likely to result in serious injury or death is prohibited. Narrative or documentary depictions may be evaluated in context where they do not meaningfully encourage imitation. #### 9.5 Extreme Violence & Serious Harm Graphic depictions of severe bodily injury, torture, or the glorification of real-world suffering are prohibited. Contextual storytelling may be permitted where it does not sensationalize or celebrate harm. ### 10. Sexual Content & Protection of Minors #### 10.1 Sexual Content & Mature Expression Club supports creative expression, but explicit sexual content is not permitted on the platform. Content that includes graphic sexual acts, visible genitalia, or material primarily intended for sexual arousal is not allowed. Prohibited content includes: * Visible genitalia * Graphic sexual acts * Explicit depictions of sexual stimulation * Content whose primary purpose is sexual arousal through depiction of sexual acts * Adult sexual solicitation * The sale of inherently sexual items, whether on Club or elsewhere This restriction applies across visual, animated, audio, and written formats. Club may permit mature themes, suggestive expression, implied nudity, or non-graphic erotic storytelling, provided the content does not cross into explicit sexual depiction or violate other provisions of these Guidelines. #### 10.2 Protection of Minors Club has zero tolerance for the sexual exploitation of minors. Content depicting or sexualizing minors in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law. ### 11. Financial Integrity Users are expected to use Club’s monetization tools honestly and in good faith. Fraud, scams, chargebacks, or other abuse of the platform’s financial systems may result in enforcement actions affecting earnings or payouts. Additional details about payments and enforcement are described in the Terms of Service. ### 12. Reporting, Review & Enforcement Maintaining a strong community is a shared responsibility. Users are encouraged to report content or behavior that may violate these Guidelines. Club reviews reports and may also review content proactively to help keep the platform safe. When violations occur, Club may take action including: • Content removal\ • Feature limitations\ • Account restriction\ • Suspension\ • Termination Additional details about enforcement are described in the Terms of Service. ### 13. Updates & Interpretation Club may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, legal requirements, or community needs. When updates are made, the latest version will be posted on the platform.
