# Anti-Spam and Unsolicited Messaging Policy

Club strictly prohibits the use of its platform, services, or brand to advertise or promote the website through unsolicited messages.

Users, creators, affiliates, partners, and third parties may not promote Club or any content hosted on the platform through spam, unsolicited email, unsolicited direct messages, automated messaging, or other forms of bulk outreach sent without recipient consent.

Club does not permit the use of purchased email lists, scraped contact information, or any other non-consensual communication methods to advertise the platform.

Emails sent from the club.com domain are limited to operational and security-related communications such as account verification, one-time passcodes (OTP), two-factor authentication (2FA), and other user-initiated account notifications.

Any account found to be engaging in spam, unsolicited messaging, or abusive promotion may be suspended or permanently removed from the platform.

Club actively monitors its systems and messaging infrastructure to prevent abuse and to ensure compliance with anti-spam standards and industry best practices.
