#### Payment Methods

<summary>What Payments Methods are accepted?</summary>

Club currently accepts all major debit and credit cards. We are actively exploring additional payment methods to offer more flexibility in the future.

#### Understanding Your Charges

<summary>When will I be charged?</summary>

* **ClubCash & Initial Subscriptions:** These are charged immediately at the time of purchase.
* **Renewals:** Subscriptions automatically renew and are charged exactly one month after your initial payment date.

<summary>How will Club appear on my bank statement?</summary>

All purchases will appear on your statement under the name Club\*Content. Please note that individual Creator names will not be listed on your bank records.

#### Troubleshooting & Refunds

<summary>Why did my payment fail?</summary>

Transactions typically fail due to processing errors, insufficient funds, or security blocks placed by your bank. We recommend retrying the transaction first. If it continues to fail, submit a ticket through in-app support messenger. Located in account settings on the bottom right.

<summary>I have a charge I don’t recognize.</summary>

* Checking your email for a receipt from Club sent on that date.
* Consulting household members or joint card users to see if they made the purchase.

If the charge is still unrecognized, open a ticket through in-app support messenger with the date, amount, and the last four digits of the card used. Located in account settings on the bottom right.

<summary>How do I obtain a refund?</summary>

To ensure Creators are paid for their work, all transactions are final.
